About Me.

Christina Gajda has been taking photographs since she first learned how to build her own camera in a black and white photography class in high school.  Since then, she has captured many images that have a sense of secrecy, as if she just caught the moment by surprise.  Christina looks for images that bring out a sense of longing, slightly nostalgic, mixed with the joy and beauty of nature.  Her photographs savor moments that we all want to hold onto.

Christina is graduate of Connecticut College and holds an M.A. in Elementary Education.  Her work has been featured in the IMAGES 2022 exhibit at the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, CT as well as the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts CAFA+PHOTO 2022 show.
